We are excited to meet you and your dog! Before requesting an appointment, please review the steps below. Completing each item helps our team prepare for a safe, efficient, and personalized grooming visit.

How to get started

  1. Click Book Now and complete the new-client intake form with your current contact information and your dog’s details.

  2. Upload current vaccination records through the booking system or Pet Parent Portal. Required records must be received before grooming services can be performed.

  3. Review and sign the grooming agreement before the appointment.

  4. Tell us about medical conditions, medications, allergies, mobility limitations, behavioral concerns, bite history, or previous grooming difficulties.

  5. Watch for your appointment confirmation and preparation instructions.
