Known for her calm, compassionate approach, Nancy has a special talent for working with anxious and sensitive dogs, helping them feel safe, understood, and pampered throughout their grooming experience.

Each year, Nancy attends continuing education courses to stay current with the latest grooming techniques and trends. She’s especially skilled with Shih Tzus, Schnauzers, Yorkies, and other small breeds, and is well-known for her gentle handling and precise grooming styles.

Nancy believes that building trust with both pets and their owners is the foundation of a successful groom. She works closely with pet parents to ensure both dogs and humans feel comfortable and confident every step of the way.

When she’s not grooming, Nancy enjoys relaxing on her family farm, spending time with her grandchildren, and doting on her beloved grandpups.
